This Classic Cuvee is a barrel selection of Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of other red Bordeaux varietals selected to reflect a Classic Napa approach to the varietal's vinification. The fruit has a great blend of soft, ripe red plums and dark chocolate structure, and is grown primarily on the Valley floor in warmer microclimates. This Cabernet Sauvignon is lush, fruit forward, and true to Elizabeth Spencer's signature style: balance, elegance, and grace.
