Vintners frequently combine different grape varietals with Chardonnay to obtain the desired character. Only Chardonnay grapes selected at the pinnacle of maturity from California vineyards are used in our 100 percent Chardonnay, which is a true expression of the varietal. Green apple, peach, and citrus flavours are balanced by a thick, creamy texture with undertones of vanilla and butter.
