It's all Sauvignon Blanc. Jaime Araujo is a member of the illustrious Araujo family, famous for their eponymous label, which they sold a few years ago and currently works for Accendo Cellars. Jaime uses her knowledge and connections to find the best fruit from all throughout the valley to make Trois Noix wines. The Sauvignon Blanc is tropical, chalky, and crisp on the finish with a note of clove.
