Bottled uncut, straight from the cask. A bold nose of caramel, dried fruit, citrus and berry, leads to full flavours of pepper, earth, herb and tropical fruit. Smooth and creamy on the palate with rye spice and cocoa on a warm, lingering finish. Serve neat or on ice.
