This bottle has been made for over 2 decades in our backyard, yes, we said it. This journey began as a hobby at the house, and transformed into what we have here today. In the days past, we would buy 5 gallons of blackstrap molasses, get some good yeast, ferment it in the garage, and run it in our hand-built still. Every drop, every cut, every minute sampled and tested, only the finest spirits collected, only the best bottled. Every bottle we make is still created in the same manner. We have since gone on to build larger stills, the first a 500 gallon, and the most recent, a 2,000 behemoth pot/6/12/18 plate copper still we designed and built ourselves.
