Buffalo Trace Distillery partnered with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) to create this Rye Recipe Bourbon Whiskey. Distilled with the same select grains as Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, this Kosher spirit is aged in barrels that meet Passover requirements. To ensure this, a non-Jewish executive purchased these barrels in a ceremony supervised by a cRc representative. After being aged for seven years, the 94 proof Rye Recipe Bourbon is bottled cautiously, with all lines cleaned and no contact with non-Kosher spirits. Annually released after Passover, this bold and definitive Rye Recipe Bourbon honors the legacy of America's oldest continuously-operating distillery.
