Sharing a passion for exceptional craftsmanship, we began working with Japan’s only independent cooperage to craft brand new casks of 100% Mizunara in which to rest our new tequila. Characterized by their twisting trunks and branches, these ancient trees can grow up to 200 years before they are harvested and then handcrafted in to the highest quality casks in Japan."
Nose: "Orange blossom, magnolia with gentle notes of honey and sandalwood."
Taste: "Balanced notes of oak, butterscotch and apricot."
Finish: "Long finish with hints of coffee bean and mellow spice."
