We make spirits here in Jacksonville, Florida. We are surrounded on all sides by citrus and using those peels in our Organic Gin, we realized we could make a legitimate citrus vodka with no artificial ingredients that is a real as can be. Made from 100% Florida Citrus Fruit, we macerate the skins of seasonal oranges, lemons and grapefruit in our potato neutral, extract the essential oils, pour that macerate off the skins, into the still and simply redistill it. The citrusy flavors burst on the palate and leave a lingering, natural finish like no other. No chemical, sugar or flavoring enhancers added, just pure citrus oils in a smooth potato framework. This spirit has been approved by Florida's Fresh from Florida campaign by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
